No account required

You do not need to register, sign in or create an account to use the calculator. There is no login system on this website.

Calculator inputs are processed in your browser

All gratuity calculations run locally in your browser using JavaScript. The salary, dates and other values you enter are not transmitted to us and are not stored on our servers. When you close or refresh the page, those inputs are gone.

No personal data stored by default

We do not maintain a database of users or calculations. We do not sell, rent or share personal data, because we do not collect it through the calculator.

Hosting and server logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and operational purposes. These logs are controlled by the hosting provider and are not used by us to identify individuals.

Contact form data

If you choose to use the contact form (once a form handler is connected) or email us directly, we will receive the information you provide — such as your name, email and message — solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing.

Cookies and local storage

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use a single browser localStorage entry only to remember your light/dark theme preference. This stays on your device and is not shared with us. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
